EXPERIENCES

hey, i'm lalit - i build things on the internet and somehow convinced myself that every tiny detail matters. i'm mostly into frontend, where i spend an unreasonable amount of time making animations smoother, spacing cleaner and buttons move in ways buttons absolutely did not need to move. i also build full-stack stuff and ai systems, because apparently picking one thing and sticking to it would've been too easy.

most of my work starts with "wait, what if..." and usually ends somewhere between a working product and a completely unnecessary rabbit hole. i like making interfaces feel good, but i also enjoy disappearing into apis, databases and ai agents until everything finally behaves the way it should. i've built things around ai, automation and dev tools mostly because existing solutions felt a little too boring - or because i wanted to see if i could build a better one. sometimes it's both.

outside of code, i shoot photos - mostly open skies, quiet landscapes and frames with way more empty space than subject. it's probably the only thing i do without immediately thinking about how to optimize it. the light changes, the moment's gone and there's literally nothing i can do about it. no css, no gsap, no second attempt. honestly, great visuals, terrible ux.
